For Sale/Rent

1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom for Rent
Available: May 15, 2018

Stone Curves & Village This is your chance to be a member of Stone Curves Cohousing Community, but you must act quickly.  Rentals are rare at Stone Curves and this is our most affordable rental in the community at $900/month.  Demand outpaces supply.  Renting is a great way to get into Stone Curves if you are interested in buying, as community members are the first to hear about units for sale.  Village 3 is one of our more social villages with 4 children and is the regular host of Monday night dinners in the Village.  We are an active community and are looking for a member who is community-minded.

It is rare for a Stone Curves home to be posted publicly for sale or rent. Homes at Stone Curves are sold or rented to members of our community or to people on our wait list (see our FAQ page for more details about our wait lists). To keep our wait lists relevant, we ask potential community members to take a tour of our community before being added to our buyer or renter wait lists.

Living at Stone Curves is not like being in an ordinary condo association. We put a high value on fostering and maintaining community, and instead of hiring a management company, we do all the work ourselves. Every adult volunteers five hours of “job share” monthly, doing a task of his or her own choosing.

To accommodate many family sizes, we have 7 house plans ranging in size from one to four bedrooms.

The most recent sale was for $149/square foot. Rental rates vary from $950/month to $1,300/month, depending on unit size, location and condition.
