    Home Prices: Each home sale prices and rental rates are set by individual homeowners. As of December 2023, prices for a home range from high $100,000's to high $300,000's. Rental rates vary from $1200/month to $1800/month, depending on unit size, location and condition.

    Living at Stone Curves is not like being in an ordinary condo association. We put a high value on fostering and maintaining community, and instead of hiring a management company, we do all the work ourselves. Every adult volunteers five hours of “job share” monthly, doing a task of his or her own choosing.
