Interested in living in Co-housing? Room (9x10) is available in an E unit. You would have a private bath with a tub/shower. The 1085 condo is newly painted throughout. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. The rent would be $400 per month plus utilities (wifi runs $40 per month and the only other bill is electric which has cost $27.70 each month for the past two months I've lived here--though I can't predict future costs). Ameneties at this co-housing include: pool and hot tub, weekly meals for $4, frequent potlucks, library, and a great community. I'm a 60ish single female who volunteers and is working on obtaining my license as a psychotherapist. I'm easy to get along with and respect other's privacy. I'm not a clean freak, but expect common areas to be tidy. I haven't yet moved my furniture from Santa Fe for the dining and living room.
