A Spectacular View from the Common House Balcony!

Village 5

                       Common House Magnificence!

After months of waiting, our 3800-s.f. Common House is complete, and move-in to the Common House was completed on January 8.  It's now the central hub of community activities for Stone Curves.  Within the next month or two, a regular schedule of community-wide meals will begin.  All rooms -- living room, office, craft room, kids' room, the teen room, the exercise room, and three gorgeous guest bedrooms -- will be hosting a variety of activities.

Our Arching Perimeter Wall

This wall is an elegantly curving edifice that arches and bends its way along Stone Ave., directly across the street from the colorful Stone Avenue mural that has become a landmark of this neighborhood and a symbol of the remarkable work of the Limberlost Neighborhood Association. And, substantial numbers of native plants, carefully relocated from elsewhere on the site, are planting ever deeper roots along the Stone Avenue perimeter of the site.

 Stone Curves Building Colors

Please note that the colors that you see on your computer may be different than they appear on the buildings. Here they are:

The three colors in this palette are inspired by the warm golden rust color of the sculptural wall that surrounds the site. The light cornmeal yellow is combined with the other two accent colors of a warm sage green and desert sand color. These blend harmoniously with the community and provide a perfect backdrop for the desert flora.  There are three trim colors of deep intense hues that will be used on metal railings and front doors. They blend with and offset the building colors. Carports will also be painted with two of these trim colors, south parking lot one color and north parking lot another. Villages alternate in varying combinations of the three building colors, using two per village with the exception of the Common House that has all three intermixed.
