Amenities

Low E glass windows, solar tubes, a 38R value in your roof, and tight construction translate to lower utility costs.
Window design and placement. Our light filled homes enable us to enjoy the remarkable blue skies of Tucson.
Nine and eleven foot ceilings give a spacious, roomy feel.
Deep porches and balconies allow us to enjoy fellowship under the great sky and enjoy outdoor living much of the year.
Buying bulk items, and services as a community gives us much greater buying power so that we have more money left over for the little luxuries of life.
Quality construction. Less maintenance saves us time and money.
Three guest bedrooms in the Stone Curves Common house.
The office support room in the common house gives us immediate access to a computer, printer, scanner, high speed copier and fax.
Having neighbors who know you, and who you know. Pet and plant care are easily arranged.
Car pools to the grocery store, and pick ups of groceries if you are too busy to go. Chicken soup if you’re not well. An exchange of tips, quips, services, help, fun, laughter, good books and films.
